Just some quick info on how to solder the CR2032 battery holder to the whisper node:
In order for it to work correctly you first need to add a little layer of solder to the round pads on the whisper node named BAT1. You don't need to add much, just a very thin layer. You'll see there are two pads, a small and a big round BAT1 pads. The larger one is there for the contact, and the small one is just to prevent the battery from making contact with the other pads it goes over.
Then you can solder on the CR2032 battery holder by placing it like this image:
