What is the maximum analog input on those pins.

Yes,

The ATMega328p has 8 analog pins, from A0 to A7.

Note that A6 and A7 are analog pins onlyband cannot be used as digital pins. On many Arduino like boards A6 and A7 are not exposed...

About A0 to A5, those can be use as Analog or Digital.

Just make sure the pins are not already in use by other board feature. If you really need you can always disconnect parts of the board by removing the SMD jumpers JP??.

3.3V, but I would normally saying using the 1.1V internal reference is more stable. Just make sure you have the correct voltage resistors divider in front.
