Problems getting started...

Hi,

I recently received the whisper node (ordered a bit late for christmas :/...), and I have some problems getting started.

It took me some time to realize I need a programmer to program the device (took an Arduino DUE due to the 3.3V limit). And now I'm lost - what do I have to do to flash/program the whisper node? Connect the ISP headers? Or the DUEs TX/RX pins with the FTDI TX/RX pins etc.?

I am glad for any hint towards the correct procedure.

Connect rx/tx gnd and 3.3v to the FTDI headers

Just make sure you have the supply voltage of the FTDI over 3.4V (5.0V is fine). Otherwise the voltage detector won't let the board turn on. The board diagram show the voltage requirements for each PIN:
